 The versatile 560RT is fanless, with or without disk drive. Easily configurable as a Thin Client for Microsoft Embedded Operating Systems such as CE.Net and XPE, The 560RT thin client adds reliability be eliminating moving parts such as fans and rotating media (Hard Disk Drives).
This sleek and elegant design provides an ultra-compact footprint of only 9 " by 9". In addition, the 560RT provides numerous VESA standard mounting options. And, when utilizing its wireless networking capabilities the 560RT completely frees up valuable counter space. No fans allow for whisper quiet operation and an increase in system reliability. You can also easily add a Secondary LCD for advertising video and other promotional material. Overall the 560RT will provide a long duty cycle and a maximum return on your investment.

client configurations with advanced chip set
technology have been designed with the harsh

The footprint of the 560 is particularly compact,
making it the perfect unit for the space
conscious retailer. The electronics are located
within the head of the 560 which enables
effective and simple wall, pole or counter
mounted positioning via standard VESA mounts.
The 560 thick or thin configurations support the
standard Microsoft operating systems XP,
WePOS, CE.NET and XPe, further demonstrating
its versatility the 560 is equally proficient with the
many flavours of Linux.
After extensive customer consultation it became
evident that different touch technology would be
of great benefit. Utilising the J2 design team the
technologies were incorporated as standard
options, resulting in the J2 560RT (Resistive
Touch) and the J2 560IR (Infra-Red).

The J2 Application Loader (PAL), jointly developed with Positouch allows seamless communication between your POS server and terminal.
