• Perform research queries and generate reports on all Mercury supported transaction types.
• Review transaction history.
• Generate a statement according to whatever timeframe you choose.
• You can specify a date or amount range, view by operator, shift, invoice, or whether the transactions were approved or declined. You can also view by transaction and card type, a reference number, whether or not a transaction was voided or batchclear/closed, cardholder name or by batch number. When choosing a report to view, there are several types of reports that are accessible to the merchant. You can run pre-configured reports such as gift card, transaction details, transaction time, transaction summary, cross store details, loyalty reports, credit cards reports or cards in circulation. Alternatively, you can set custom criteria. Selecting the custom criteria allows you to set your own parameters to view different transactions. Listed below are the different parameters you are able specify before you run your query:

• Date Between: Allows you to set dates in which to conduct your query.
• Amount Between: Allows you to set dollar amounts in which to conduct your query. If you are a    preauth/capture user, you will only see prauth trans with this tool.
• Operator/Shift: Allows you search for transactions by operator IDs or Shifts.
