Our optional Depot Repair program maintains a spare pool of equipment tailored to your specific needs. In the event that you have a hardware failure at one of your restaurant locations, we ship a completely refurbished replacement unit to your site via UPS (same day shipping for calls received prior to 2 pm). We also issue a call tag for your defective unit and UPS automatically arrives at your site to pick up your defective unit. Your defective unit is repaired, refurbished, tested, and added back to our spare pool of equipment.
This Depot exchange service allows you to reduce the costs associated with our On-site Service. Note that maintaining a “spare” of each device along with a Software / Phone support agreement is highly recommended.
